Q: How does Lucidiam protect my data?
    A: Your data is stored in your cloud and you put credentials directly into AWS secret manager

Q: Is Unitii SOC2 Certified?
    A: We are currently working on our SOC2 but your data is stored directly in your cloud and you put any credentials directly into AWS Secrets manager.

Q: What happens if Unitii has an outage?
    A: Our non interference deployment method means you will always have access to the integrated systems even if Untii goes down for any reason

Q: How long will it take to install and configure?
    A: Unitii can be fully installed, configured and operational in a day

Q: What is an API?
    A: An API (Application Programming Interface) is essentially a gateway that allows software to talk to other software

    A: A service-level agreement (SLA) is a commitment between a service provider and a client. Particular aspects of the service  quality, availability, responsibilities – are agreed between the service provider and the service user.
